Renew by You, LLC (“Renew by You,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides corporate wellness seminars, wellness coaching, and group fitness classes (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website or purchasing our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, booking Services, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you may not use this website or our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate in our Services unless otherwise permitted in writing by Renew by You.
3. Description of Services
Renew by You offers:
Corporate Wellness Seminars
Wellness Coaching (individual or group)
Group Fitness Classes
Service descriptions, timelines, and package inclusions are provided at the time of purchase and may be updated periodically.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without prior notice.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
You must request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will not be granted after 30 days.
Only unused Services are eligible for a refund.
Requests must be submitted in writing to info@renewbyyou.com.
Expired or partially used packages are non-refundable.
6. Service Usage Timeline
All purchased Services must be used within the timeframe specified in the package description at the time of purchase, typically between 3–6 months depending on the package.
Unused sessions expire at the end of the usage window.
Expired sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Scheduling Requirements
To ensure high-quality service delivery, the following scheduling requirements apply:
7.1 Corporate Wellness Seminars
Must be requested and scheduled no less than 30 days prior to the intended seminar date.
Date options are subject to availability.
Seminars requested within fewer than 30 days may be declined or may incur additional fees at our discretion.
7.2 Individual Wellness Coaching
Sessions must be scheduled at least 5 days prior to the desired session date.
Requests made with fewer than 5 days’ notice are not guaranteed and may result in limited availability or rescheduling.
7.3 Group Fitness & Group Coaching
These sessions must be scheduled a minimum of 14 days before the intended session date.
Later requests may be declined or may require alternative dates.
8. Client Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of the session.
Missed or no-show appointments count as used sessions.
Renew by You may reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or other circumstances.
9. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Participation in wellness, coaching, and fitness programs involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for consulting with a healthcare professional prior to beginning any wellness or fitness program.
Renew by You is not liable for injuries or health conditions resulting from participation.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
10. No Guarantees
While our Services aim to support wellness goals, results vary by individual.
Renew by You makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or performance improvements.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, presentations, videos, and documents provided by Renew by You remain our exclusive property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside the scope of your purchased Services without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renew by You is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business
Injuries or health issues resulting from participation
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable Service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renew by You and its staff from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
14. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Modifications to Terms
Renew by You may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Renew by You, LLC is registered, without regard to conflicts of law.
