Cancellation Policy
Corporate Wellness Seminar Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all clients, please review the following booking and cancellation guidelines: Scheduling - Seminars must be requested and scheduled at least 30 days in advance. - Date options are subject to availability. - Requests made within fewer than 30 days may be declined or may incur additional fees at our discretion. Rescheduling - Once a seminar date is set, rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations - 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit. No-Shows - Missed or no-show seminars count as used sessions and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund or deposit.
